At Code07 Store, we specialize in digital products (downloadable templates and files). Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be “returned” once downloaded. Therefore, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Refund Policy (No Refunds) All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once the purchase is completed and the download link is provided, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, as there is no way to retrieve the digital file from you.
2. Exceptions (Technical Issues) We care about your satisfaction. We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following specific cases:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Technical Defect: If the file is corrupted, empty, or does not work as described, and our support team is unable to fix the issue for you within 48 hours.
3. No Shipping Since our products are 100% digital, no physical items will be shipped to your address. All products are delivered instantly via email or a download link after payment.
